An SR-22 is a Certificate of Financial Responsibility that is required by the state. It is provided by the auto insurer, showing that you have insurance that meets the minimum requirements. At this time Sigo Seguros does not offer SR-22 insurance.
Regulations vary by state, but are generally mandated by a judge or by the state if you have had certain driving violations, such as:
- Driving without a valid license
- Having had a prior DUI or DWI
- Driving with less coverage than required
- Have a hardship/restricted license
- Failing to pay court-ordered child support

- At fault in an accident caused by inattention or carelessness.
